Changes to the website – To reflect our growing focus and emphasis on natural capital we have taken the opportunity to reshape our website to include a dedicated section for natural capital drawing together relevant case studies, latest projects and a free download!

Our team is growing – We are delighted to announce several additions to our team.
Please welcome:

**Charlotte Whiston** as a Consultant. Charlotte is a rural practice Chartered Surveyor with in-depth experience of rural estate management and wider rural and environmental consultancy.

**George Chanarin** as an Intern. George is finalising his Environmental Science Masters from Wageningen University and Research and is highly involved in our Natural Capital team.

**Hannah Dancer** as our Administrator, providing marketing, project and administrative support, including quality assurance.

**Charlie Russ** as an Associate. Charlie is a rural practice Chartered Surveyor with specialisms in Natural Capital, Payments for Ecosystem Services and Biodiversity Net Gain.

**Will Manley** as an Associate. Will is a Chartered Ecologist with over 30 years training, research and consultancy experience on farmland and woodland biodiversity.

The extra capacity has enabled us to secure a number of new and influencing projects – and helped us to achieve ISO 140001 accreditation.

We feel that there is a tremendous opportunity to make a positive contribution going forward.
