Our services include provision of compulsory purchase and compensation advice to clients including HS2 Ltd and the Environment Agency. These include negotiating strategic acquisitions of land and property and related valuations covering market value, severance/injurious affection, and disturbance in accordance with RICS standards. We also negotiate temporary possessions and payments, and set up management agreements and payments to cover ongoing environmental land management. Our work has tended to focus on more complex/technical cases (requiring a good understanding of farm businesses, potential impacts and solutions) and environmental mitigation and management.
