Our services include provision of a range of ‘environmental’ land agency and valuation services to clients such as Natural England, Plantlife International and other environmental organisations. These include advice on purchases, leases, licences, management agreements, revocation of consents, grant schemes, landlord and tenant matters, and estate management, and related negotiations. We also undertake valuations of farmland, woodland and other rural property, including freehold, leasehold and property rights, in accordance with RICS standards i.e. ‘Red Book’ Valuations.
