Seafood Transformation Project Review

The aim of the project was to test the needs and solutions for the Seafood Transformation Project as proposed in a draft Business Case (2020) by Opportunity North East (ONE) and to examine the role of the Scottish Seafood Association in serving the needs and demands of the processing sector. Cumulus held a series of workshops, meetings and interviews with the key industry stakeholders in order to inform the production of a comprehensive report which made several recommendations for continued investment.
