Wild Eye Nature Positive Investment Prospectus

The aim of this project was to create an Investment Prospectus for the new farm business model being designed by the ‘Creating a Replicable BNG Investment Model for Farmers through Action Learning’ NEIRF project. The Investment Prospectus will be used to help source investment across the Nene Park Trust’s estate (over 1,000 hectares) although the present focus is one of its farms at Eye. Cumulus researched how habitats, features and ecosystem services are being delivered alongside regenerative farming practices and systems. Potential buyers, investors and supporters were identified (including corporate ESG, corporate agri-food supply chains, and philanthropists) including their objectives and requirements (financial and more broadly) in order to produce the Investment Prospectus.
